Antique Elephant Still Bank Silver Nickel Plated Metal Coin. This antique elephant bank is made of lead or other heavy metal (not cast iron) and plated with silver or nickel. The bank is unmarked as to origin, but it is not modern. Very detailed and high quality. It has a heart shaped lock but I do NOT have a key but I believe the it unlocks without one (not sure though). The plating is in very good condition as you can see in photos. Is not magnetic except for the hinge and the clasp. The bank measures about 5″ long, 3-1/2″ high, and 2 wide; and weighs almost a pound. The photographs we post are used as part of the description as well as what is written.
